Spectroscopy and high-spin structure of ²¹⁰Fr : Isomerism and potential evidence for configuration mixing

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁹⁷Au(¹⁸O, 5n), E=97 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, γ(θ), out-of-beam γ spectra, half-lives of isomers by γγ(t) using CAESAR array at ANU accelerator facility. ²¹⁰Fr; deduced levels, isomers, J, π, total conversion coefficients from intensity balances, configurations, multipolarities, B(E1), B(E2), B(E3), B(M1), B(M2), configuration mixing. Systematics of level structures, B(E1), B(M2), B(E3), and 10- isomers in neighboring Fr, Bi and At isotopes. Comparisons with semiempirical shell-model calculations.
