High spin band structures in doubly odd ¹⁹⁴Tl

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ^185,187Re(¹³C, xn)¹⁹⁴Tl, E=75 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, DCO, γγ(linear pol) using the INGA array. ¹⁹⁴Tl; deduced high-spin levels, J, π, configurations, bands, multipolarity, alignments, moments of inertia, band crossing, magnetic-dipole (shears) rotational band. Comparison with total Routhian surfaces (TRS) using the cranked shell model. Comparison with semi-classical calculations for magnetic-dipole band. Systematics of band structures in ^{190,192,194,196,198}Tl.
