β-delayed fission of 186, 188Bi isotopes

RADIOACTIVITY 188Bi(β+F)[from 142Nd(50Cr, 3np), E=252 MeV]; 186Bi(β+F)[from 144Sm(46Ti, 3np), E=239 MeV]; measured α, particle and fission fragment spectra, T1/2 using recoil-fission correlation technique at SHIP facility in GSI. 186,188Pb; deduced estimates of beta-delayed fission (βDF) probabilities. Comparison with β-delayed fission probabilities for 192At, 246Md.
