FRS and ESR at UNILAC-SIS accelerator facility in GSI. 183,184,186Hf, 186,187Ta, 186W, 190,192,194Re, 195Os; deduced levels, isomers, J, π, configuration, decay modes. Comparison with potential energy surface, and multi-quasiparticle (MQP) calculations. 186Ta, 192Re; calculated 2qp levels. Systematics of theoretical and experimental 2qp 8- isomers and 4qp levels in 170,172,174,176,178,180,182,184,186,188,190Hf.
