Comparison to previous experimental data and shell-model calculations. Systematics of analog rotational bands in 10C, 10B and 10Be. High-resolution array (HiRA) consisting of 14 Si-CsI(Tl) at NSCL (MSU). For the experiments with 15O and 17Ne beams setup was extended by CAESAR (CAESium iodide ARray) consisted of 158 CsI(Na) crystals.
