Radiative neutron capture cross sections on 176Lu at DANCE

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 176Lu(n, γ), E=0.02-100 keV; measured Eγ, Iγ, neutron flux, σ(E) using 4π BaF2 array DANCE at LANSCE-LANL; deduced radiative capture yield as function of neutron energy, resonances from 0.138-906 eV, J, Γγ and Γn versus neutron energy, resonance parameters using R-matrix analysis with SAMMY-7.0 code, Maxwellian averaged cross sections (MACS) in a stellar plasma for thermal energies between 5-100 keV. Comparison with theoretical calculations and evaluations in Atlas of Neutron resonances (2006), ENSDF/B-VII.1, JEFF-3.2, BRC and KADoNiS databases, and with previous experimental data.
