NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁶⁴Dy(¹¹B, 5n), E=63 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. ¹⁷⁰Lu deduced high-spin levels, J, π, B(M1)/B(E2), configurations, nonidentical twin bands. Gasp array.
