NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁷⁰Er(¹³⁶Xe, X)¹⁶⁸Er/¹⁷⁰Er/¹⁷²Er, E=830 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ, γγ(t), and isomer half-lives using Gammasphere array. ^168,170,172Er; deduced levels, J, π, rotational bands, multipolarities, B(E1), B(M1), B(E2), K-hindrance factors, configurations, quasiparticle structures, and g_K-g_R.
