NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁶⁴Dy(⁷Li, xnyp), E=55 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, (charged particle)γ-coin. ¹⁶⁷Tm deduced high-spin levels, J, π, configurations. ¹⁶⁶Er deduced rotational band features. GASP, ISIS arrays.
