RADIOACTIVITY 248Cm, 252Cf(SF); measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, population of even-even Ce isotopes using the Eurogam2 and Gammasphere arrays. 154Ce; deduced levels, J, π, rotational band up to 8+. 140,142,144Xe, 142,144,146,148,150Ba, 146,148,150,152Ce, 150,152,154,156Nd, 156,158,160Sm, 160,162,164Gd; measured Eγ for ground-state bands up to 8+, and compared to literature values. Systematics of excited 0+ states in N=88 and N=90 isotones of Ba, Ce, Nd, Sm, Gd, Dy and Er. Systematics of E(first 4+)/E(first 2+) of N=90, 92, 94 and 96 isotones of Ba to Hf isotopes, and for N(even)=90-106, Z(even)=56-66 nuclei.
