NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹¹⁴Cd(⁴⁸Ca, 5n), E=215 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. ¹⁵⁷Er deduced high-spin levels, J, π, configurations, feeding of band-terminating states. Gammasphere array, comparison with cranked mean-field calculations.
