NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁵⁰Nd(n, n'), E=1.2, 1.4, 2.05, 2.7 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γ(θ), γγ-coin, level half-lives by DSAM. ¹⁵⁰Nd; deduced levels, J, π, multipolarity, mixing ratios, B(E1). Comparison of E1 transition strengths in ¹⁵⁰Nd and ¹⁵²Sm. Enhanced E1 rates, octupole collectivity.
