NUCLEAR REACTIONS 126Te(19F, 4n), E=90 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, DCO. 141Pm; deduced levels, J, π, high-spin oblate bands, moments of inertia, multipolarity. Comparison with MRPM (triaxial n-particle-n-hole particle rotor model) calculations; and with systematics of moments of inertia plots for 132Ba, 131,136La and 134,136Ce.
