Identification of Excited States in ¹⁴⁰Dy

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁹²Mo(⁵⁴Fe, 2nα), E=245 MeV; measured prompt and delayed Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, (recoil)γ-coin. ¹⁴⁰Dy deduced levels, possible J, π, rotational band, deformation, isomer T_1/2, hindrance factor. ¹⁴¹Ho deduced proton-emitting states configurations. Fragment separator. Level systematics in neighboring nuclides discussed.
