Identification of Excited States in Doubly Odd 63140Eu77 by Recoil-Isomer Tagging
NUCLEAR REACTIONS 107Ag(36Ar, n2p), E=152, 181 MeV; measured prompt and delayed Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, (recoil)γ-coin; deduced production σ. 140Eu deduced high-spin levels, possible J, π, configurations, isomer T1/2. Jurosphere II array, recoil-isomer tagging.

Evidence for chiral symmetry breaking in 140Eu?
NUCLEAR REACTIONS 92Mo(51V, n2p), E=205 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, (X-ray)γ-coin. 140Eu deduced high-spin levels, J, π, configurations, B(M1)/B(E2), possible chiral symmetry breaking. Cranked mean field and total Routhian surface calculations. Rotational band systematics in neighboring nuclides discussed.
