NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹³⁰Te(¹²C, 3n), E=65 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ, γγ(θ), γ(lin pol). ¹³⁹Ce; deduced levels, J, π, configurations, multipolarities, bands. ^139,140Ce; level systematics. Comparison with large-basis shell-model and cranked Nilsson-Strutinsky (CNS) calculations.
