Giant resonances in ¹¹⁶Sn from 240 MeV ⁶Li scattering

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹¹⁶Sn(⁶Li, ⁶Li'), E=240 MeV; measured ⁶Li spectra, angular distributions, cross sections. ¹¹⁶Sn; deduced energies, widths, energy weighted sum strength distributions for isoscalar E0, E1, E2, E3 giant resonances using double-folding model analysis. DWBA analysis of angular distributions. Comparison with corresponding data from inelastic α scattering.
