Comparison between the proposed level scheme for 221Ac and the level scheme of 223Ac. Comparison to self-consistent blocked Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov calculations using the energy density functional SLy5s1. Ions implanted into a carbon foil surrounded by silicon and germanium detectors at the Ion Guide Isotope Separation On-Line (IGISOL) facility.
