Stellar s-process neutron capture cross sections of 69, 71Ga

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 69,71Ga(n, γ), kT ≈ 40 keV; measured Eγ, Iγ; deduced capture σ, Maxwellian averaged σ (MACS) for kT=30 keV using the energy dependence from ENDF/B-VIII.0, JENDL-4.0, JEFF-3.3, CENDL-3.2 and TENDL-2019 libraries. Activation technique. Neutron activation performed at the superconducting linear accelerator of the Soreq Applied Research Accelerator Facility (SARAF) using the 7Li(p, n) (Ep=1925 keV) reaction via LiLiT - liquid lithium target. Comparison to compiled and evaluated KADoNiS database, and previous experimental results.

RADIOACTIVITY 70Ga(β-)[from 69Ga(n, γ), kT ≈ 40 keV]; measured Eγ, Iγ; deduced T1/2.
