Half-life of the 188-keV isomer of ¹⁸⁴Re

RADIOACTIVITY ¹⁸⁴Re(IT), (EC)[from Re(n, γ), E=thermal]; ⁶⁰Co, ¹³⁴Cs, ¹⁸⁶Re(β^-); measured Eγ, Iγ, T_1/2 of decays of ¹⁸⁴Re isomer and ¹³⁴Cs g.s. by γ-decay curves, with reference to activities and half-lives of decays of ⁶⁰Co and ¹⁸⁶Re ground states; deduced T_1/2 of ¹⁸⁴Re isomer with improved precision by two orders of magnitude as compared to the literature value.
