α-cluster structure in ¹⁹F and ¹⁹Ne in resonant scattering

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁵N(α, α), ¹⁵O(α, α), E^*=5.3-8.6 MeV; ⁴He(¹⁵N, α), E=21, 40 MeV; analyzed available experimental σ(θ, E^*) data, including authors' experimental TTIK data reported in a companion article: 2022Vo01: Phys. Rev. C 105, 014614 (2022), by R-matrix analysis using AZURE code. ¹⁹F, ¹⁹Ne; deduced levels, resonances, J, π, Γ_α in mirror nuclei. Comparison with theoretical results from model in authors' 2022Vo01 article.
