RADIOACTIVITY 120Te(β+EC); measured β+, x-rays, Auger electrons, annihilation radiation using an array of 988 TeO2 crystals at the Cryogenic Underground Observatory for Rare Events (CUORE); analyzed energy spectra using Monte Carlo simulations and Bayesian (MCMC) fitting procedures, taking detailed account of background radiation; deduced upper limit of T1/2 for the 0νβ+ϵ decay mode of 120Te.
