Search for neutrinoless β⁺EC decay of ¹²⁰Te with CUORE

RADIOACTIVITY ¹²⁰Te(β⁺EC); measured β⁺, x-rays, Auger electrons, annihilation radiation using an array of 988 TeO₂ crystals at the Cryogenic Underground Observatory for Rare Events (CUORE); analyzed energy spectra using Monte Carlo simulations and Bayesian (MCMC) fitting procedures, taking detailed account of background radiation; deduced upper limit of T_1/2 for the 0νβ⁺ϵ decay mode of ¹²⁰Te.
