Evaluation of thE 35K(p, γ)36Ca reaction rate using the 37Ca(p, d)36Ca transfer reaction
NUCLEAR REACTIONS 1H(37Ca, d)36Ca, E=48 MeV/nucleon, [secondary 37Ca beam from 9Be(40Ca, X), E=95 MeV/nucleon primary reaction, followed by separation of fragments of interest by using Bρ-ΔE-Bρ and TOF method using LISE3 spectrometer at GANIL facility, liquid hydrogen CRYPTA target; measured energies and angles of transfer-like nuclei by Z, and TOF using zero degree detection (ZDD) setup of ionization chamber and two drift chambers and six MUST2 telescopes, (36Ca)d- and (35K)d-coin, pd(θ), 36,37Ca, 34Ar; deduced mass excesses and compared with literature values. 36Ca; deduced levels, resonances J, π; calculated Γγ, Γp, resonance strengths. 35K(p, γ)36ca; calculated thermonuclear reaction rates at T=0.4-6 GK. 1H(37Ca, X)32S/33Cl/34Ar/35Ar/35K/36Ca/36K/37Ca, E=48 MeV/nucleon; measured yields of reaction products by energy loss vs TOF using ZDD ionization chamber, and CATS detector at GANIL.
