NUCLEAR REACTIONS 209Bi(6Li, 2nα), (6Li, 4n), E=48 MeV; 204Pb(13C, 4n), E=80 MeV; measured reaction products, Eγ, Iγ. 209Po, 211Rn, 213Ra; deduced γ-ray energies and intensities, T1/2, B(E2), emerging collectivity beyond the shell-model valence space. Comparison with calculations. Direct fast-timing methods.
