New β-decaying state in 214Bi
RADIOACTIVITY 214,214mBi(β-)[from U(p, X), E=1.4 GeV using RILIS and HRS separator at ISOLDE-CERN facility]; measured Eγ, Iγ, βγ- and γγ-coin, half-lives of decays of 214Bi and 214mBi. 214Po; deduced high-spin levels from the decay of 214mBi, J, π, conversion coefficients for low-energy transitions, multipolarities, Iβ feedings, logft values. 214Bi; deduced new β- decaying isomer, J, π. Comparison with shell-model calculations using H208 and the modified Kuo-Herling particle effective (KHPE) interactions.
