γ-ray measurements in fast-neutron-induced reactions on ²⁰³Tl

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ²⁰³Tl(n, n'), (n, 2n), (n, 3n), (n, 4n), (n, 5n), (n, 6n), (n, 7n), (n, 9n), (n, 11n), (n, np), (n, 3np), (n, 4np), (n, 5np), (n, 6np), (n, 7np), (n, 8np), (n, 9np), (n, 11np), ²⁰³Tl/²⁰²Tl/²⁰¹Tl/²⁰⁰Tl/¹⁹⁹Tl/¹⁹⁸Tl/¹⁹⁷Tl/¹⁹⁵Tl/¹⁹³Tl/²⁰²Hg/²⁰⁰Hg/¹⁹⁹Hg/¹⁹⁸Hg/¹⁹⁷Hg/¹⁹⁶Hg/¹⁹⁵Hg/¹⁹⁴Hg/¹⁹²Hg, E=1-300 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin and excitation function for γ rays in ²⁰³Tl, partial gamma σ(E) for Hg isotopes using the GEANIE array for γ detection at the Los Alamos Neutron Science Center Weapons Neutron Research facility. ^{195,197,199,201,203,205}Tl; deduced levels, J, π, candidate for 9/2- intruder state in ²⁰³Tl. Systematics of 13/2+ level energies in ^{197,199,201,203,205,207}Pb, and the first 5+ and 7+ level energies in ^{196,198,200,202,204,206}Tl. Comparison with semi-empirical weak-coupling model for levels in ²⁰³Tl.
