Direct and resonant breakup of radioactive 7Be nuclei produced in the 112Sn(6Li, 7Be) reaction
NUCLEAR REACTIONS 112Sn(6Li, 7Be)111In, E=30 MeV; measured ΔE-E spectra of charged particles, α(3He)-coin, σ(θ) for direct and sequential breakup, relative energy distributions between α and 3He clusters from breakup of 7Be using a double sided silicon strip detector array covering large angular separation between breakup fragments at the 14-UD Pelletron-LINAC facility of BARC-TIFR; deduced breakup σ of 7Be into α and 3He via direct and 7/2- and 5/2- resonant states. 7Be; deduced energies of resonances, J, π, widths. Comparison of elastic scattering and transfer-breakup σ(θ) with coupled channels (CRC) calculations using FRESCO code.
