RADIOACTIVITY 248Cm, 252Cf(SF); measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, and γγ(θ)(DCO) using the Eurogam2 and Gammasphere arrays for γ detection. 98Sr, 100Zr; deduced levels, J, π, B(E2), bands, configurations. Systematics of 0+ states, and β deformation in 90,92,94,96,98,100Sr, 92,94,96,98,100,102Zr, 94,96,98,100,102,104,106Mo, 96,98,100,102,104,106,108,110Ru, 100,104,106,108,110,112Pd, 106,108,110,112,114Cd, 108,110,112,114,116Sn.
