β-delayed neutron emission from ⁸⁵Ga

RADIOACTIVITY ⁸⁵Ga(β^-), (β^-n)[from U(p, X), E=50 MeV at HRIBF-ORNL facility, followed by ion extraction using RILIS and mass analysis]; measured Eγ, Iγ, Eβ, neutrons, βγ-, γγ- and βnγ-coin using two HPGe clover detectors, two plastic β detectors, and 48 ³He ionization chambers for neutron detection. ⁸⁵Ga, ⁸⁴Ge; deduced levels, β feedings, logft, %β^-n and %β^-2n, cumulative β strength function for decay of ⁸⁵Ga. ⁸⁵Ge(β^-n); deduced %β^-n for decay of ⁸⁵Ge. Comparison with shell-model calculations, and with theoretical β-delayed neutron emission models.
