Spectroscopy of high-lying resonances in ⁹Be by the measurement of (p, p), (p, d), and (p, α) reactions with a radioactive ⁸Li beam

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹H(⁸Li, p)⁸Li, (⁸Li, d)⁷Li, (⁸Li, α)⁵He, C, ¹⁹⁷Au(⁸Li, ⁸Li), E=22.5, 16 MeV, [secondary ⁸Li beam produced in ⁹Be(⁷Li, ⁸Li), E=24.4 MeV]; measured reaction products, yields, Ep, Ip, Ed, Id, Eα, Iα, differential σ(θ) using ΔE-E silicon telescope at the RIBRAS facility of the University of Sao Paulo 8-UD tandem accelerator. ⁹Be; deduced levels, resonances, J, π, l-values, Γ_p, Γ_d, Γ_α, and reduced widths γ² and the dimensionless reduced widths θ²_α for the α and deuteron channels using R-matrix analysis. Comparison with previous experimental data.
