Spectroscopy of nuclei around ¹⁰⁰Sn populated via two-neutron knockout reactions

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹H, C(¹⁰⁴Sn, 2n), E=150 MeV/nucleon; ¹H, C(¹⁰²Cd, 2n), E=144 MeV/nucleon, [secondary ¹⁰⁴Sn and ¹⁰²Cd beams from ⁹Be(¹²⁴Xe, X), E=345 MeV/nucleon primary reaction, followed by separation of fragments using BigRIPS separator]; ¹H, C(¹¹²Sn, 2n), E=170 MeV/nucleon; measured Eγ, Iγ, particles, (particle)γ-coin, two-neutron knockout σ using carbon and CH₂ targets, DALI2 array for γ detection and ZeroDegree spectrometer for particles at RIBF-RIKEN facility. ¹⁰⁰Cd, ^102,110Sn; deduced first and second 2+ levels in ¹⁰²Sn, first 2+ and 4+ levels in ¹⁰⁰Cd, and first three excited states in ¹¹⁰Sn. Comparison with shell-model calculations, and with previous measurements. Systematics of energies of first and second 2+ states in ¹⁰²Sn to ¹²⁰Sn isotopes.
