Measurements of the ¹⁶⁹Tm(n, 2n) cross section from threshold to 15 MeV

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁶⁹Tm(n, 2n), E=8.5-15 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, half-lives of ¹⁶⁸Tm, σ(E) at TUNL tandem accelerator facility. Comparison with TENDL-2015 output of the TALYS calculation. ¹⁹⁷Au(n, 2n), E=8.5-15 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, this reaction served as neutron flux monitor. Comparison with previous experimental data, and evaluated data in IRDF-2002, ENDF/B-VII.1, JENDL-4.0, and JEFF-3.2 libraries. Relevance to diagnostic tool for neutron energy distribution produced in inertial confinement deuterium-tritium fusion experiments at the National Ignition Facility (NIF).
