Study of the β- decay of 116m1In: A new interpretation of low-lying 0+ states in 116Sn

RADIOACTIVITY 116mIn(β-); measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin using 20 HPGe with BGO Compton-suppression shields, β particles using plastic scintillator; deduced rotational bands, first direct observation of 85 keV 2+2 to 0+3 γ transition, B(E2), γ branching ratios; calculated, deduced log ft, new band head of π 2p-2h rotational band in 116Sn.
