Semi-decoupled band and other high-spin band structures in 188Pt

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 174Yb(18O, 4n)188Pt, E=85 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, γγ(θ)(DCO), γγ(linear pol)(IPDCO) using the INGA array at the Pelletron-Linac facility of TIFR-Mumbai. 188Pt; deduced high-spin levels, J, π, multipolarities, bands, semi-decoupled band, alignments, staggering. Comparison with cranking model calculations. Systematics of staggering and negative-parity sequences based on 5- in 186,188,190,192,194,196Pt.
