Collective states and shape competition in ¹²⁶Te

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹²⁴Sn(⁷Li, 4np)¹²⁶Te, E=48 MeV; measured reaction products, Eγ, Iγ; deduced energies, relative intensities, directional correlation of oriented states ratios, and initial and final state J, π of γ-rays. Comparison with theoretical calculations.
