Determination of lifetimes of nuclear excited states using the Recoil Distance Doppler Shift Method in combination with magnetic spectrometers

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 238U(76Ge, 76Ge'), (76Ge, 72Zn), E=577 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ using γ-ray array AGATA, PRISMA spectrometer and the Cologne plunger setup and/or AGATA-PRISMA-LNL setup. 76Ge; deduced T1/2, B(E2) of the 4+ state. 72Zn; deduced 6+ to 4+, 4+ to 2+, 2+ to 0+ decay curves, T1/2 using the differential RDDS (Recoil Distance Doppler Shift) method with ion identification spectrometers.
