Investigation of Cluster States in ¹³B Using the ⁹Li-α Resonant Elastic Scattering

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁴He(⁹Li, α), E=32 MeV; measured Eα, Iα using three telescopes, β-decay from radioactive ⁹Li beam. ¹³B; deduced excitation energy spectrum, σ(θ) vs E^* with structures, large asymmetry of 19.5 MeV peak indicates it may come from superposition of more states. Preliminary.
