0+states in 130, 132Xe: A search for E(5) behavior

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 130Xe(n, n'), E=2.0, 2.5 MeV; 132Xe(n, n'), E=2.2, 2.7 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γ(θ), cross sections for level population, level half-lives by DSAM at the University of Kentucky Van de Graaff accelerator facility. 130,132Xe; deduced levels, J, π, γ-branching ratios, multipolarity, mixing ratio, B(E2). Discussed E(5) critical-point symmetry. Comparison of experimental cross sections with statistical model calculations. Systematics of energies and B(E2) of first 2+ states and E(first 4+)/E(first 2+) ratios in N=56-90 even-A Xe isotopes taken from the ENSDF database.
