New isomer found in 14051Sb89: sphericity and shell evolution between N=82 and N=90

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 9Be(238U, F)140Sb, E=345 MeV/nucleon]; measured Enullg, Inullg, delayed γγ-coin, isomer half-life using EURICA 4π array, BigRIPS and ZeroDegree spectrometers at RIBF-RIKEN. 140Sb; deduced levels, J, π, multipolarity, configuration, B(M1), B(E2). 136,140Sb; compared isomeric populations. Comparison with shell model and mean Field calculations with Woods-Saxon potential. Systematics of (6-) and (7-) states; deduced evidence for evolution of πg7/2 and πd5/2 orbitals in 134,136,140Sb, and for νf7/2 orbital evolution up to N=89. Possible spin traps.
