NUCLEAR REACTIONS 9Be(238U, F), E=345 MeV/nucleon; measured fragments by ΔE-ToF-Bρ method using BigRIPS separator and ZeroDegree spectrometer (ZDS), Eγ, Iγ, (ion)γ-coin, delayed spectroscopy, half-lives of 2-qp isomers by (ion)γ(t) using EURICA array at RIBF-RIKEN facility. 158,160Nd; deduced levels, J, π, multipolarities, B(E1), hindered E1 transitions, configurations. Comparison with blocked-BCS (BBCS), projected shell-model (PSM) and deformed Hartree-Fock (HF) calculations.
