Investigation of ⁸⁸Y via (p, dγ) reactions

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁸⁹Y(p, d), E=28.5 MeV; measured E(d), I(d), Eγ, Iγ, dγ-, dγγ-coin, dγ(t) using STARLiTeR array of Si detectors for deuteron detection and five HPGe clover detectors for γ rays at Texas A and M Cyclotron Institute. ⁸⁸Y; deduced levels, J, π, level population intensities. Discussed effect of γ-branching ratios in ⁸⁸Y on determination of ⁸⁷Y(n, γ) cross section via surrogate method.
