NUCLEAR MOMENTS 193,193m,195,195m,197,197mBi; measured hyperfine spectra of ground states and isomers using method of resonance laser photoionization in the laser ion source; deduced magnetic-dipole and electric quadrupole moments, deformation parameters, changes in mean square charge radii, Z-dependence of mean square charge radii. Systematics of magnetic-dipole moments and isomer shifts for 9/2- and 1/2+ states in odd-A Bi and Tl nuclei of even N=104-130. Systematics of changes in mean-square charge radii even-A Pb isotopes, and for 9/2+ and 1/2- states in odd-A Bi isotopes.
