Internal decay of the (10^-) intruder state in ¹⁸⁴Tl

RADIOACTIVITY ^184mTl(IT), (α)[from U(p, X), E=1.4 GeV at ISOLDE-CERN facility and using RILIS]; measured Eγ, Iγ, I(x rays), γ(t), ce, half-life of (10-) isomer, ¹⁸⁴Tl; deduced levels, J, π, isomer, internal-conversion coefficients, multipolarity, B(M2), B(E3), retardation factors for M2 and E3 transitions, configuration, intruder character of the (10-) isomer. ^{187m,188m,189m,190m,191m,192m}Bi(α); discussed systematics of α-decay parameters to daughter Tl states involving 1h_9/2 and 2d_3/2 proton configurations.
