Identification of a dipole band above the Iπ = 31/2- isomeric state in 189Pb
NUCLEAR REACTIONS 106Pd(86Kr, 3n), 106Pd(86Kr, 2np), E=355 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ, x rays, recoil-isomer-tagged prompt γγ-coin and prompt-delayed and delayed-delayed γγ-coin, angular intensity ratios using RITU separator, GREAT spectrometer and JUROGAM-II array at Jyvaskyla. 189Pb, 189Tl; deduced high-spin levels, J, π, isomer, dipole band, conversion coefficients, multipolarities, configuration, and alignments. Systematics of dipole bands in 189,191,193,195,197,199Pb, and differences in the proton/neutron-hole interaction.
