Collective excitations in the transitional nuclei ¹⁶³Re and ¹⁶⁵Re

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁰⁶Cd(⁶⁰Ni, 2np)¹⁶³Re, E=270 MeV; ⁹²Mo(⁷⁸Kr, 2n3p), E=380 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, (recoil)γ-, (recoil)α-, αγ-, γγ-coin, Eα using RITU separator, GREAT spectrometer and JUROGAM array at K130 cyclotron facility of JYFL. Recoil-decay correlation technique. ^163,165Re; deduced levels, J, π, bands, configuration. Comparison with cranked shell model predictions. Systematics of low-lying excited states in ^{161,163,165,167,169,171,173,175,177}Re.

RADIOACTIVITY ¹⁵⁵Lu, ¹⁵⁸Hf, ^160,162,163W, ^159,160,161mTa, ^164,165m,166Re, ^164,166,167Os, ^167,168Ir(α); measured Eα, αα-correlations, αγ-coin.
