Band structures in doubly odd 98Rh

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 75As(28Si, 3n2p), E=120 MeV; Measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, γ(θ)(DCO), γγ(linear polarization) using INGA array at IUAC Pelletron facility. 98Rh; deduced high-spin levels, J, π, multipolarity, bands, configurations, alignments, B(M1)/B(E2), Routhian plots. Comparison with tilted-axis cranking (TAC) shell-model calculations. Systematics of (πg9/2)(νh11/2) bands in 96,98,100,102,104Rh, 100,102,104,106Ag.
