Quadrupole-octupole coupled states in ¹¹²Cd populated in the ¹¹¹Cd(d(pol), p) reaction

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹¹¹Cd(polarized d, p), E=22 MeV; measured E(p), I(p), σ(θ), vector analyzing powers A_y(θ) using Q3D magnetic spectrograph at TMU-Munich accelerator facility. ¹¹²Cd; deduced levels, L-transfers, J, π, B(E2), configurations, spectroscopic strength. DWBA and ADWA analysis of σ(θ) and A_y(θ) data. Comparison with other experimental results. Systematics of energies and B(E2) values for 5- and 6- states in ^{106,108,110,112,114,116,118,120,122,124}Cd; and discussion of quadrupole-octupole (QOC) two-phonon quintuplet states.
