Electron capture on ¹¹⁶In and implications for nuclear structure related to double-β decay

RADIOACTIVITY ¹¹⁶In(EC)[from ¹¹⁵In(d, p), E=7.6 MeV]; measured γ, β, x-ray spectra, β(x ray)-coin using JYFLTRAP at IGISOL facility in Jyvaskyla; deduced EC decay branch, B(GT). Implications for 2νββ and 0νββ decay modes of ¹¹⁶Cd.
