Photoresponse of ⁶⁰Ni below 10-MeV excitation energy: Evolution of dipole resonances in fp-shell nuclei near N=Z

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁶⁰Ni(γ, γ'), (polarized γ, γ'), E<10 MeV; ⁵⁸Ni(polarized γ, γ'), E<10 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ(θ), γ-ray polarization, integrated σ, γ-branching ratios using High-intensity photon setup at S-DALINAC facility. ^58,60Ni; deduced levels, J, π, width, level half-lives, B(E1), B(M1), B(E2), E1 and M1 strength distributions. Thomas-Reiche-Kuhn sum rule. Pygmy-dipole resonances. Comparison with QPM calculations.
