Decay pattern of the pygmy dipole resonance in 60Ni

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 60Ni(polarized γ, γ'), E=7.65-9.66 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, M1 and E1 strengths at HIγS-TUNL facility. 60Ni; deduced levels, J, π, PDR, branching ratios, number of 1+ and 1- states. Comparison with quasiparticle phonon model (QPM) calculations.
